School Meals

School Meals at Beckfoot Upper Heaton

Bradford Council provide the meals at Beckfoot Upper Heaton and the catering team pride themselves on providing an excellent well-rounded menu while encapsulating food and cultures from around the world.

We are committed to healthy eating and provide food which not only tastes great, but is also nutritionally balanced, providing your child with the essentials for a healthy diet.

The students have the opportunity to feedback and contribute to designing menus as part of our student leadership initiatives.

If your child has a dietary requirement, please let the school know via email at [email protected]

Food is available before school, at break times and at lunchtime.

Cashless catering system

Beckfoot Upper Heaton operates a cashless catering system. The system incorporates the latest technology and eliminates the need for students to carry cash throughout the day. Payment is made via your child’s thumb print at the tills.

Any amount of money can be paid into a student’s account and any money spent on food and drink will be deducted each day. There are two payment options available to you; online payments via ParentPay which is the preferred method, or if you cannot make online payments, cash can be used at the revaluation machines.
